QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or a related field, plus seven (7) years human resource management experience in a unionized environment, including five (5) years managing teams.
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager – People & Culture is required to play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment where employees can thrive. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to drive initiatives that support the organization’s values, goals, and overall culture. The officer will lead the overall provision of all human resource management services, policies and programs for the entire organization to attract, develop and retain a dynamic team of competent employees.
