Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone in the capacity of Senior Manager for the Unicomer Business Unit in St. Vincent who will provide visionary leadership and motivate staff to deliver on the strategy. The incumbent will be required to manage the operations of the Unit, ensuring Company Targets and Key Performance Indicators are achieved.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- First/postgraduate degree in Business Management or any other related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail/managerial/operations roles, preferably in a large and/or diverse organization.
- Proven track record of leading, managing, and developing diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with data analysis principles.
- Demonstrates exceptional business acumen and well-developed commercial awareness.
- Innovative and a champion for change.
