Join our team as: Sanitization Supervisor
The Sanitization Supervisor will oversee and manage the catering company’s sanitation operations, ensuring that all food preparation and service areas comply with health and safety regulations. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall hygiene of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment by company standards and local food safety laws.
Requirements:
Education:
•A high school diploma or equivalent.
•Additional coursework or a degree in business, hospitality studies, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
•Proven experience as a sanitization supervisor or in a similar role within the food service or catering industry.
•Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and cleaning procedures.
