Overview
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Achieve sales and distribution targets within an assigned route.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
- Maximize product visibility, merchandising standards, and promotional execution in retail outlets.
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and product availability to support sales growth.
- Assist with cash reconciliation, stock control, and accurate reporting.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least three (3) to five (5) years experience in route sales, brand promotion, merchandising sales, food distribution or related industry.
- A valid driver’s license with endorsements for light goods.
- Five (5) CXC passes including Mathematics and English.
- Ability to work as a team and independently
