Peter & Company Distribution is Hiring a Sales Manager (Spirits & Tobacco).
REQUIREMENTS
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement trade initiatives to achieve targeted sales.
- Oversee operations in all areas to ensure adequate supply and to deal with any concerns that may arise.
- Develop and implements selling strategies for company brands and products.
- Oversee brand/ sales plan execution within the local and external market.
- Keeps abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
- Oversees, reviews and monitors the operations of delivery service providers to customers in trade.
- Support and provide guidance to sales team.
- Generates monthly sales reports in a timely manner.
- Act as an ambassador in their role as a sales manager, by practicing strategic planning processes to support and drive business profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing or similar field will be an asset
- At least seven (7) years’ sales and/or marketing experience in a similar field will be an asset.
- Experience with Planning, Financials and Budgetary Control.
- Experience working with International Suppliers.
