CALL FOR QUALIFIED TUTORS
EXPANSION OF NRDF TUTOR POOL
The NRDF is committed to providing high-quality training and development opportunities designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and competencies of individuals within our communities. In support of this commitment, the Foundation is expanding its pool of qualified tutors and facilitators across a range of technical, vocational, professional, and personal development areas.
Consequently, the National Research and Development Foundation (NRDF) is inviting suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to submit applications to join its Tutor Pool.
The establishment of an expanded Tutor Pool will allow the NRDF to maintain a strong and reliable network of qualified instructors who can be engaged as training opportunities arise and to ensure resilience and to provide continuity of training delivery.
ABOUT THE NRDF
The National Research and Development Foundation (NRDF) operates under the oversight of the Ministry of Education and is committed to maintaining the standards, policies, procedures, and requirements applicable to the delivery of training and development programs. Individuals engaged as NRDF tutors will therefore be expected to conduct themselves professionally and comply with all applicable NRDF policies, procedures, program requirements, and standards established by the Ministry of Education and other relevant regulatory authorities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Applicants should possess relevant qualifications, certifications, and/or demonstrated professional expertise in the area(s) for which they wish to facilitate training. Preference may be given to applicants who demonstrate:
• Relevant academic, technical, or professional qualifications;
• Practical and/or industry experience in the applicable field;
• Previous teaching, training, facilitation, or instructional experience;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• The ability to effectively engage and motivate adult learners;
• Good organizational and classroom management skills;
• Professionalism, reliability, and flexibility;
• A commitment to maintaining high standards in training delivery; and
• The ability to prepare and deliver training in accordance with NRDF program requirements.
Applicants with substantial industry experience and demonstrated competency in their respective
fields are also encouraged to apply.
TUTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful applicants may be required to:
• Plan and deliver training sessions in their area(s) of expertise;
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, practical activities, and assessments as required;
• Facilitate an engaging and learner-centered training environment;
• Assess and monitor learners’ progress;
• Maintain accurate attendance and training records;
• Submit required reports and documentation within established timelines;
• Participate in meetings, evaluations, and other activities associated with program delivery; and
• Comply with NRDF’s policies, procedures, standards, and program requirements.

Interested persons are invited to submit the following:
1. A current résumé/Curriculum Vitae (CV);
2. Copies of relevant academic, technical, and professional qualifications/certifications;
3. Evidence of relevant professional and/or industry experience;
4. Details of previous teaching, training, or facilitation experience, where applicable; and
5. A brief indication of the course(s) or subject area(s) for which they are applying.
Applicants may apply for more than one area where they possess the relevant qualifications and
experience.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Submission of an application does not guarantee an immediate teaching assignment. Successful applicants will be considered for inclusion in the NRDF Tutor Pool and may be contacted when
suitable training opportunities become available.
Tutors will be selected based on the requirements of the respective program, their qualifications,
experience, area of expertise, and the needs of the Foundation.
NRDF is seeking individuals who are committed to professionalism, quality training delivery,
