Sol Bois D’Orange is recruiting Cashiers and Pump Attendants.
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Accurately handle customer transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently and according to company policies.
- Maintain a neat and organized cashier area.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations at the checkout counter.
- Keep abreast of promotional offers and special deals to inform customers.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
Pump Attendants Responsibilities:
- Greet customers courteously and guide them to the appropriate fuel pump.
- Assist customers with refueling, ensuring safety procedures are followed.
- Operate fuel dispensers and handle fuel transactions.
- Inspect and maintain fuel pump equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
- Keep the fueling area clean and organized.
- Offer assistance to customers with disabilities or special needs.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information on fuel types and promotions.
- Be vigilant for any safety hazards and respond appropriately in case of emergencies.
Candidates must reside between the City and Gros Islet.
