Overview

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

  • Dispense all prescriptions, including compounding if necessary.
  • Recommend and dispense pharmacist-assisted and over-the-counter drugs for common ailments.
  • Prepare sales and purchase orders to efficiently stock the pharmacy.
  • Manage inventory according to pharmacy procedures to enhance efficiency and service.
  • Implement proactive measures to reduce shrinkage in accordance with company goals.
  • Practice in accordance with the laws and regulations governing Pharmacy Practice in Saint Lucia, while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
  • Support in overseeing Pharmacy technicians to maintain adherence to all pharmacy and company processes, policies, and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent qualification from a recognized Pharmacy School.
  • Licensed by the Pharmacy Council of St. Lucia
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience
