Bank of Saint Lucia Limited is a dynamic and professional financial services institution that is currently seeking applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following position of:
Outbound Sales Agent
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include but not limited to:
- Initiate sales calls to customers with the objective of closing the sale.
- Document all calls made and feedback received from customers.
- Refer prospects to BOSL Digital and respective Branches.
- Receive and analyze campaign lead lists and/or the information received, communicate and document reasons for rejection, identify opportunities aligned with business strategies.
- Document and report data quality deficiencies with a view to enhancing leads generated. • Validate the contact information in conjunction with the value proposition.
- Communicate and record the customer’s decision, e.g., record non-approvals, product delivery, customer’s response time, negotiate terms and rates (when applicable), notify customer of product/service availability, register products in the system, and request customer information.
- Assess customer to confirm qualification for product or service.
- Proactively and persuasively sell products to customers.
- Manage requirements if within the area of expertise and responsibility. If not, channel requirements to the right areas or departments.
- Provide answers to the customers and update results on the system.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Diploma in Banking, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Relationship Officer, or Lending Officer/Customer Relationship Executive.
- Good track record for achieving sales, loans, or referrals target.
- Proficiency in Core Director Banking software.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
