Overview
Sales Associate – This position is responsible for maximizing sales and encouraging repeat business by demonstrating thorough product knowledge and advising customers on selection, purchase, and feature-benefits of appliances.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Associate’s degree in business administration

A certificate or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field would be an asset.

Minimum of five (5) CXC’s including passes in English, Mathematics and relevant business subjects.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in the retail industry.
Porter– This person will provide quality service to the Home Store departments by keeping items received in an organized manner in the back store/warehouse. Conduct delivery from the warehouse/stores to customers’ residence. Assist some departments in stocking goods on shelves so as to provide suitable shopping conditions for our customers. Assist with installation and assembly of items to be delivered to customers.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 CXC/CSEC subjects, preferably including English Language and Mathematics.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Previous experience in portering, warehousing, stock handling, or a retail environment would be an asset.
Cashier/Sales Assistant- The Cashier/Sales Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing cash and other transactions accurately, and supporting sales activities within the store as required. The role contributes to a positive shopping experience by assisting customers with product enquiries, supporting sales initiatives, maintaining the appearance of the sales floor, and supporting overall store operations.
