ROLE SUMMARY
Acado St. Lucia is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to support the efficient flow of goods across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound shipments, managing inventory movements, and ensuring accurate and timely internal distribution.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Coordinate and track incoming shipments and resolve any issues
- Support inventory management, stock control, and reconciliation activities
- Oversee internal distribution and timely stock replenishment
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operations and stock availability
- Identify and support process improvements within logistics and inventory
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
- Experience with inventory or ERP systems is an asset
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
