Position: Hospital Executive Administrator

Tapion Hospital is seeking a dynamic, visionary, and experienced Hospital Executive Administrator to lead our organization into the future. This is a unique opportunity to oversee all hospital operations, provide strategic leadership, and work directly with the Board of Directors to ensure excellence in patient care, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive oversight and leadership across all hospital departments, including clinical, nursing, operations, finance, HR, and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives, operational plans, and policies in alignment with the hospital’s mission and Board directives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement programs.
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainability and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
- Represent the hospital in community engagements, partnerships, and public relations activities.
Academic Qualifications:
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or Public Health.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare management, including 8+ years in senior leadership.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple departments and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, financial management, and quality assurance.
- Experience with emergency management, community engagement, and strategic planning.

- Proficient in financial management, data analysis, and operational efficiency.
