Assured Realty is seeking motivated and well-connected Freelance Referral Real Estate Agents to assist with sourcing properties for sale and rent across Saint Lucia. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and refer apartments, homes, land, and commercial properties available for sale or rent.
- Build relationships with property owners and landlords.
- Gather basic property information, photographs, and owner contact details.
- Refer qualified property owners and prospective clients to Assured Realty.
- Assist in coordinating property viewings when required.
- Promote Assured Realty’s services within your network and community.
Compensation Structure
Freelance Referral Agents will earn commissions upon the successful completion of a sale or rental transaction facilitated by Assured Realty.
Commission rates include:
- Rentals: Starting from EC$500
- Land Sales: Starting from EC$1,000
- Home Sales: Starting from EC$5,000
Higher commissions may apply depending on the value and nature of the transaction.
Who Should Apply?
We encourage applications from individuals who:
- Have strong networking and communication skills.
- Are self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Possess knowledge of communities and properties throughout Saint Lucia.
- Have experience in sales, customer service, real estate, or marketing (preferred but not required).
- Are able to work independently and maintain professionalism.
Contractual Arrangement
All successful applicants will be required to sign a Freelance Referral Agent Agreement outlining:
- Commission structures
- Referral procedures
- Confidentiality requirements
- Terms and conditions of the engagement
