Overview

Acado St. Lucia is seeking a Driver/Sales Representative to promote products, drive sales across assigned product lines, and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include merchandising products, processing orders and invoices, collecting payments, and safely operating a company vehicle. Candidates should have 2+ years’ experience in sales or merchandising, a valid driver’s license endorsed for light goods vehicles, and a clean driving record.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Drive sales and promote products to achieve sales targets across assigned product lines.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while providing excellent customer service and identify opportunities to expand market growth.
  • Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, rotated and maintained in accordance with company standards.
  • Process customer orders, generate sales invoices and collect payments in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper accountability for all stock and cash collected.
  • Safely operate, maintain and safeguard the assigned company vehicle.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tertiary-level education, OR a minimum of five (5) CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English Language.
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in Sales, Merchandising, Trade Marketing or a related field.
  • A valid driver’s license endorsed for light goods vehicles. 
  • A clean driving record.
  • Experience in cash handling and maintaining accurate payment records.
