Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience while supporting the organisation’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

Process orders, applications, and service requests

Maintain customer records and update databases

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Support administrative tasks as required

Promote products or services when appropriate
Qualifications:

Minimum of five (5) CSEC subjects including English and Mathematics

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field (preferred)

Proficiency in basic computer applications
