Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to lead kitchen operations and deliver exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will be creative, organised, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with menu standards.

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.

Plan menus, introduce new dishes, and maintain cost-effective food production.

Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.

Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and minimise waste.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times.

Collaborate with management to enhance the overall dining experience.
Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.

Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail.
