Cafe Ole | Rodney Bay Marina

The Role

Cafe Ole is looking for a reliable Driver/Porter to manage the flow of goods between our warehouse, commissary kitchen, and our Rodney Bay Marina outlets. You’ll be a vital link in ensuring our teams are fully stocked and ready for every shift. Hours are Monday to Saturday 7am to 3pm.

You’ll be required to:

• Deliver stock between sites and handle general errands

• Maintain strict logs of stock movement

• Load/unload crates and supplies (requires heavy manual lifting)

• Clean and maintain facilities and equipment (including dishwashing)

• Support café and kitchen staff with hands-on assistance as needed

What We Need:

• Driving License (clean record, min. 2 years experience)

• Valid Health Card

• Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail

• Physical fitness and the capability of handling heavy lifting
