Job Summary
Natures Healthyeats Bakery is seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of baked goods and a strong willingness to learn, innovate, and contribute to the growth of our bakery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of products including breads, wraps, cakes, and pastries
- Assist in developing and testing new recipes
- Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
- Manage baking schedules to ensure timely production
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies when needed
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
- Work independently while contributing positively to the team environment
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous bakery experience is an asset
- Proven ability to bake breads, pastries, cakes, and wraps
- Strong creativity and innovative mindset
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of bakery or kitchen management and inventory control
