Job Summary

Natures Healthyeats Bakery is seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of baked goods and a strong willingness to learn, innovate, and contribute to the growth of our bakery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of products including breads, wraps, cakes, and pastries
  • Assist in developing and testing new recipes
  • Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Manage baking schedules to ensure timely production
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies when needed
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
  • Work independently while contributing positively to the team environment

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Previous bakery experience is an asset
  • Proven ability to bake breads, pastries, cakes, and wraps
  • Strong creativity and innovative mindset
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of bakery or kitchen management and inventory control
