We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator who is reliable, confident, honest, and proactive. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate airport transfers and tours
Liaise with company drivers and subcontractors to fulfill service requests
Provide clients with accurate product information and assistance
Conduct standards inspections of vehicles, personnel, and service sites
Support the Administration team with invoice reviews, work orders, and billing
Prepare daily summaries and incident reports as required
Candidate Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Availability to work flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
A valid driver’s license is an asset
