REMOTE SALES REP (PHONE, TEXT, EMAIL), US HOME SERVICES
Full time. Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm US Eastern time. Work from home.
ABOUT US
We run a small group of home service and real estate businesses across the United States. Homeowners call us for cleaning, repairs, and other trade work. We book the job and hand the work to local contractors we have signed up. We also sell websites to contractors and manage rental and Airbnb properties. One person handles the calls, texts, and emails for all of it. That person is who we’re hiring.
WHAT YOU’LL DO ALL DAY
– Call contractors and ask them to take jobs from us. We give you the list, the script, and the pay rates. About 30 calls a morning, with real conversations on around 8 of them.
– Answer new customer calls fast. When a homeowner calls or fills out a form, you call back within 5 minutes, find out what they need, give a price from our price sheet, and take a deposit by payment link. Then you text the job to our contractors.
– Sell websites in the afternoon. We build the site before you call. You text the contractor a link to it and call the ones who reply.
– Later, once you’re settled, more phone work with the same skills: calling homeowners who may want to sell, calling property managers about cleaning contracts, calling real estate agents, and helping run our rental and Airbnb properties (guest and tenant messages, renewals, lining up cleaners and repairs).
– Keep conversations moving between calls. Reply to texts and emails from customers and contractors, send follow-ups, and chase anyone who went quiet.
– Small admin tasks when things are quiet. Building call lists, scheduling, data entry.
No two days look the same. The work depends on who calls and what they need. One day it’s a sprinkler repair, the next it’s a plastering job or a pool company you need to line up. You don’t need to know these trades. Every call has a script to start from and every price is on a sheet. When something isn’t on the sheet, you text the owner and get an answer.
WHAT YOU’LL BE MEASURED ON
– Calls made and real conversations per day
– How fast you call new customers back
– Contractors signed, jobs booked, websites sold
You log every call in our CRM. We’ll teach it. Logging is not optional.
THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF
– You’ve sold over the phone before and you liked it, or at least didn’t hate it
– Your spoken English is fluent and easy for Americans to understand
– You listen, understand what the person actually needs, and can explain things clearly, on the phone and in writing
– You can handle a question you didn’t expect, keep the customer engaged, and bring the call back to booking the job
– You can hear “no” 25 times before lunch and make the 26th call sound fresh
– You have a quiet room, good internet, and can work 9 to 5 US Eastern every weekday
THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU IF
– You avoid voice calls. Most of this job is talking to people, with texts and emails in between.
– Rejection gets to you, or you need a lot of praise to stay motivated
– You freeze when a call goes off script
– You need everything explained before you can take the next step
– You need flexible hours. Customers call during US business hours and you have to answer.
PAY
$1,000 USD per month base.
