VACANCY: Assistant Warehouse Coordinator

CPJ St. Lucia Ltd. is seeking to recruit an Assistant Warehouse Coordinator to join our Down Trade Sales Department.

The Assistant Warehouse Coordinator supports the Warehouse Coordinator in managing the order processing workflow within the WMS/ S2K Route Manager system. The incumbent holds primary responsibility for all intercompany transfers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation of stock movements between company locations/entities. In the absence of the Warehouse Coordinator, the Assistant Warehouse Coordinator will assume full responsibility for all duties, functions, and reporting requirements of the Warehouse Coordinator role to ensure continuity of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Process, coordinate, and monitor all intercompany stock transfers within the S2K Route Manager system, from initiation through completion.
  • Verify accuracy of intercompany transfer documentation, including item, quantity, and destination details, prior to processing.
  • Liaise with warehouse teams and receiving locations/entities to confirm receipt and reconciliation of transferred stock.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to intercompany transfers, including short shipments, incorrect items, and quantity variances.
  • Maintain an accurate log/tracker of all intercompany transfers, including transfer status, turnaround time, and outstanding items.
  • Prepare periodic reports on intercompany transfer activity and discrepancies for review by the Warehouse Coordinator and Operations Manager.
  • File all intercompany transfer documentation in accordance with company filing procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • Secondary School Certificate (minimum); Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (asset)
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in FMCG, wines & spirits, or a combined warehouse environment
  • Working knowledge of WMS systems (S2K Route Manager or similar) an asset
  • Health & Safety Certification (advantageous); HACCP Training (asset)
