We are seeking a polished, hands-on Assistant Manager to lead front-of-house operations at the Great House and support exceptional service across the resort.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
FOOD & BEVERAGE LEADERSHIP
Strong management experience, with particular emphasis on beverage operations.
WINE & BEVERAGE EXPERTISE
Wine service, pairing, inventory control and beverage program development.
LUXURY HOSPITALITY
Proven experience in a high-end hotel or resort environment.
BROADER HOTEL OPERATIONS
Working knowledge of Front Office, Rooms Division and resort operations.
LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT
A strong record of coaching, motivating and developing service teams.
SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGY
PMS, POS, inventory and reporting platforms, plus Microsoft Office proficiency.
FINANCIAL ACUMEN
Cost control, budgeting, forecasting and inventory management.
GUEST SERVICE & TEAMWORK
Excellent problem-resolution skills and a collaborative, resort-wide mindset.
