Are you passionate about hospitality, sales, and building strong client relationships? Sessa Design & Sourcing is expanding across the Caribbean, and we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to lead our growth in St. Kitts & Nevis.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent a growing company that supplies hotels and resorts with custom hospitality products, operating supplies, uniforms, guest amenities, furniture, décor, and branded merchandise.
What You’ll Do
As our Territory Manager, you will:
● Develop and grow sales within your assigned territory.
● Build relationships with hotels, resorts, villas, restaurants, and commercial clients.
● Meet with General Managers, Purchasing Managers, Executive Chefs, Housekeeping Managers, Spa Managers, and other key decision-makers.
● Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
● Conduct product presentations and client meetings.
● Coordinate with our Head Office to prepare quotations and proposals.
● Follow opportunities through to closing.
● Maintain strong client relationships and encourage repeat business.
● Stay informed about new hotel developments, renovations, and hospitality projects within your territory.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
● Has experience in hospitality, business development, B2B sales, procurement, or account management.
● Is confident in meeting with senior executives and decision-makers.
● Has excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Is highly organized and able to work in a fast paced environment.
● Is self-motivated and able to work independently.
● Is willing to travel throughout the assigned territory.
● Holds a valid driver’s licence and has reliable transportation.
