Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Warehouse, supervise team and participate in inventory management, receiving, storing, and distributing products while ensuring efficient warehouse operations, compliance with safety standards, and provide excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise, coach and schedule warehouse staff.
- Coordinate the receiving, storage, picking, dispatch and delivery of products.
- Ensure customer orders are accurately processed and fulfilled on time.
- Oversee the unloading and receiving of containers and break-bulk cargo.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control activities, including cycle counts and stock takes.
- Ensure warehouse security and minimize stock loss.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and complaints.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
OTHER COMPETENCIES
- Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control procedures and safety practices.
- Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree or Diploma in Business Management or a related discipline, including qualifications in Inventory or Store Management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience.
