Maryland Cleaning Experts (MCE), a residential and commercial cleaning company in Maryland, USA, is hiring a full-time remote Inbound Phone Agent / Appointment Setter based in Saint Lucia.
PAY: $1,000 USD per month, paid in USD (Payoneer / Wise / Deel). Raise path after 90 days. Start immediately.
HOURS: Monday to Saturday, US Eastern business hours (Saint Lucia is the same hour in summer, 1 hour ahead in winter).
THE JOB
Our phones ring all day with customers who want cleaning quotes. Your job is to answer, quote, and close the booking on the call.
– Answer inbound calls in English during US Eastern business hours
– Quote prices from our price sheet and handle objections
– Book the appointment in our CRM (GoHighLevel – we train you)
– Follow up on missed calls, texts, and unclosed quotes
– Coordinate with our US team on Slack
WHAT YOU NEED
– Clear, confident phone English (this is a phone-first role; a voice memo is required to apply)
– Sales instinct: you are comfortable asking for the booking
– Quiet workspace, reliable internet, a headset
– Availability Mon-Sat, US Eastern hours
– Phone sales / appointment setting / customer service / call center experience preferred
