Overview
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
1. Develop, manage, and monitor the Marketing plans and budget for Massy Stores Brands and supplier portfolio of Brands.
2. Manage and co-ordinate promotions to increase sales and foster awareness and loyalty towards Massy Stores Brands and supplier portfolio of Brands.
3. Proficient in social media content creation.
4. Perform research and analysis of sales, consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity to guide Marketing initiatives.
5. Generate, analyse and submit reports within the agreed timeframe.
6. Coordinates with internal stakeholders to monitor stock levels and support inventory planning based on sales trends.
REQUIREMENTS
- First Degree in Marketing or Business with a minor in Marketing or associated field, plus at least two (2) years’ experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) Industry or
- An Associate Degree or Professional Diploma in these or related fields plus five (5) years’ experience in the FMCG Industry
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content using platforms such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
- Brand Management
- A good understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms would be an asset
