Job Title: Gas Station Pump Attendant

Reports To: Station Supervisor / Manager

Job Summary

Sol Bois D’Orange is seeking reliable, customer-focused and energetic Gas Station Pump Attendants to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, safely dispensing fuel, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness around the fuel pumps and assisting customers with basic inquiries and services.

Pump Attendants Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers courteously and guide them to the appropriate fuel pump.
  • Assist customers with refueling, ensuring safety procedures are followed.
  • Operate fuel dispensers and handle fuel transactions.
  • Inspect and maintain fuel pump equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Keep the fueling area clean and organized.
  • Offer assistance to customers with disabilities or special needs.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide information on fuel types and promotions.
  • Be vigilant for any safety hazards and respond appropriately in case of emergencies.
