Overview
General Responsibilities:
- Perpetual stock checks are done promptly and accurately on a daily basis.
- Reconciliation between physical stock and system stock is done promptly and accurately.
- Prepare monthly Inventory Reports
- Ensure product information is always accurate and updated when necessary
- Code and enter receiving.
- Verify goods received against supplier invoice.
- Ensure accuracy of costings
- Process inventory transfers and adjustments.
- Assist the Warehouse Team in the verification of goods returned.
- Perform spot checks on incoming shipments to the Distribution Warehouse.
- Conduct stock takes on the Van Sales vehicles.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or other business studies.
- Five (5) CXC’s including Mathematics, English, Accounting , or Business studies.
- At least three(3) years inventory/relevant experience.
- Highly IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel for analysis purposes.
