Job Vacancy – Marketing Co-ordinator
OJL Jamaica Group Limited is seeking a reliable and qualified Marketing Co-ordinator to join its team.
As Marketing Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Team in implementing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and engage customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and handle correspondence related to marketing activities.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Create and edit marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and newsletters.
- Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts by scheduling and monitoring engagement.
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, such as trade shows, product launches, and customer appreciation days.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Maintain customer database and prospect information for targeted marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team, Sales Team, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals and provide support to external partners such as designers, printers, and advertising agencies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
- Strong leadership, organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions.
