CPJ St. Lucia, a leading Food and Beverage Distribution company is actively searching for the following dynamic, dependable and customer focused individuals to join our team.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

1. Cul de Sac Location:
   • Cashier
   • Merchandiser
   • Dry Warehouse Attendant
   • Wines & Spirits Warehouse Attendant
   • Wines & Spirits Warehouse Porter

• • Cashier
  • Merchandiser
  • Produce Attendant
  • Production Member

Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Skills:

• Minimum three (3) CXC Passes, including Math and English.
• Previous experience in a similar role particularly in retail, food service or deli operations.

Core Competencies and Attributes:

• Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, customer facing environment .
• Willingness to work shift rotations, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, punctuality, and reliability.

Additional Requirements:

• 2 reference letters must be submitted with the application at least one (1) should be from your last employer.
