CPJ Saint Lucia Ltd., a leading distributor of wines, spirits, food, beverage, and fast-moving consumer goods, is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join our Warehouse Operations team in the position of Wines & Spirits Warehouse Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Wines & Spirits warehouse section, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, dispatch, returns processing, and compliance with Company procedures, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Supervise the receipt, storage, picking, dispatch, and return of wines and spirits inventory.
  • Ensure accurate stock handling, documentation, bin location control, and system updates.
  • Maintain proper control of bonded and duty-paid stock in keeping with Customs and Excise requirements.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, damages, breakages, and stock discrepancies.
  • Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, monitor attendance, and support performance accountability.
  • Enforce health, safety, housekeeping, security, and 5S standards within the warehouse area.
  • Support cycle counts, physical stock counts, and inventory variance investigations.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, Dispatch, Procurement, Sales, Customs, and Logistics teams.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports as required.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate.
  • A Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations, Business Administration, or a related field would be an asset.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ warehouse experience, preferably in FMCG, distribution, wines and spirits, or a regulated warehouse environment.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory, acting supervisory, or team lead capacity.
  • Working knowledge of inventory control, receiving, picking, dispatch, and returns management.
  • Knowledge of bonded warehouse procedures, Customs and Excise requirements, or alcoholic beverage storage requirements would be an asset.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Forklift certification, Health and Safety certification, or HACCP training would be advantageous.

Working Conditions

The role is based in a warehouse environment and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, physical activity, lifting, standing, walking, and working extended hours, weekends, public holidays, or shifts based on operational needs.
