ROLE SUMMARY
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, and ensuring strong account performance while fostering a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and deliver strong results
- Translate commercial strategy into effective field execution
- Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and product visibility
- Build and maintain customer relationships and support complex negotiations
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with pricing, promotions, and company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams on promotions, launches, and commercial plans
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field OR Diploma with 5–7 years’ relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proven success in achieving sales targets, preferably in FMCG or distribution
- Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills
- Leadership and team management, commercial and analytical thinking, strong communication and negotiation skills, and solid organizational and operational ability
