ROLE SUMMARY

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, and ensuring strong account performance while fostering a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve targets and deliver strong results
  • Translate commercial strategy into effective field execution
  • Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and product visibility
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and support complex negotiations
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, promotions, and company policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams on promotions, launches, and commercial plans

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field OR Diploma with 5–7 years’ relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets, preferably in FMCG or distribution
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills
  • Leadership and team management, commercial and analytical thinking, strong communication and negotiation skills, and solid organizational and operational ability
