Overview
The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority (SLTA) is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Officer to support the execution of its marketing strategy and strengthen destination visibility across key markets.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Identify, secure, and manage sponsorships and strategic partnerships
- Plan and execute in-market activations, trade shows, and promotional events
- Coordinate the development of branded collateral and merchandising
- Support integrated marketing campaigns and content development
- Monitor performance, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records
- Assist with budget tracking and administrative support within the department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in marketing
- Proven experience in sponsorship coordination, activations, or merchandising is an asset
- Experience in tourism or destination marketing is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe)
