Job Summary

Fond Doux Eco Resort is seeking a reliable and courteous Driver to provide safe, timely, and professional transportation services for guests, staff, and resort operations. The ideal candidate will embody our commitment to exceptional service and showcase the warmth of Saint Lucian hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport guests to and from the resort, including airport transfers and excursions.

  • Provide a welcoming and informative experience, offering guests insights about the island and resort.

  • Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition.

  • Conduct routine checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.

  • Assist with luggage handling and ensure guest comfort at all times.

  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

  • Support logistics and deliveries as required by resort operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid Saint Lucian driver’s licence

  • Clean driving record with proven experience as a professional driver.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Good knowledge of roads and key locations across Saint Lucia.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.


Steward – Fond Doux Eco Resort

Job Summary

Fond Doux Eco Resort is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Steward to support kitchen and restaurant operations. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, equipment, and dining spaces.

  • Wash and sanitise dishes, glassware, and kitchen tools efficiently.

  • Ensure proper waste disposal and adherence to hygiene standards.

  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic preparation and support tasks.

  • Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all workstations are well organised.

  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

  • Support overall food and beverage operations as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.

  • Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

  • Team player with a positive and reliable attitude.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
