WE ARE HIRING
Peter’s Holdings Ltd., a subsidiary of Goddard Enterprises Limited, invites suitably interested candidates to apply for an opportunity to work in the position of:
SERVICE GREETER (CONTRACT ROLE)
in the Service Department.
THE KEY FUNCTIONS TO BE PERFORMED SUCCESSFULLY ARE AS FOLLOWS:

To ensure customers and visitors are greeted promptly in a courteous and efficient manner.

To respond to customer queries via telephone and in person.

To assist in the preparation of job cards and the receipt of vehicles brought in for service and repairs.
-
To assist in ensuring that all requested work on vehicles is completed satisfactorily.
-
To assist in ensuring that vehicles are delivered to customers after completion of service and repairs.
-
To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
-
To assist in ensuring that vehicles are carefully checked before delivery to customers.
-
To perform any other related duties as directed.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-
Five (5) CXC certificates inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.

Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Excellent customer service skills.
-
Strong written and oral communication skills.
-
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
-
Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.
