JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products.
The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding
market presence while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to retail outlets and healthcare providers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Communicate and collaborate with critical internal departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and partners through regular visits to existing and potential customers.
  • Organize product presentations or promotional activities when required.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while following up on orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all promotional and sales activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associates degree in business management, marketing, or sales and/or related field.
  • Five (5) CXC passes including passes in Maths and English.
  • Proficient with technology devices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Valid Driver’s license.
