Inventory and Service Support Supervisor

We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee warehouse operations and after-sales services. This role ensures efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment and delivery, and exceptional post-purchase technical support. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily after-sales and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, smooth workflow, and
    optimal resource utilization.
  • Lead and supervise the service team, including scheduling, coaching, performance management,
    and training to maintain high service standards.
  • Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering parts, and preventing overstocking to avoid operational disruptions.
  • Coordinate repair services, warranties, returns, and supplier claims to ensure cost control, accurate
    documentation, and smooth issue resolution.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints to maintain customer satisfaction and alignment with company service standards.
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer purchases by tracking orders and coordinating logistics to meet
    delivery commitments.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve service issues and drive
    improvements in product quality.
  • Prepare and review after-sales performance reports, providing insights to drive continuous service
    and operational improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate’s degree in business management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of
    education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a similar industry or related field
  • Experience and ability in working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
  • High level of energy

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Occasional standing for extended periods during dispatch, loading checks and delivery coordination.
  • Bending, stooping, and reaching to verify inventory and inspection
