Overview
An exciting Tour company is seeking energetic, knowledgeable and personable Tour Guides to lead visitors on engaging tours to key attractions in Castries and Gros Islet. The ideal candidate will deliver memorable experiences by sharing the history, culture and highlights of Saint Lucia while ensuring guest safety and comfort throughout the journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct guided tours to major landmarks, attractions, and cultural sites in Castries and Gros Islet

Provide informative and entertaining commentary on local history, culture, and points of interest

Safely transport guests to and from tour locations

Ensure a high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction

Manage tour schedules and adhere to timelines

Assist guests with questions, recommendations and local insights

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the tour vehicle

Follow all safety and tourism regulations
Requirements:

Valid driver’s licence (required)

Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for Saint Lucian culture

Knowledge of attractions, history, and geography of Castries and Gros Islet

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:

Tour guide certification or tourism training

First aid certification

Multilingual ability (an asset)
