Employment Opportunity: Front Office Clerk

A reputable hotel located in Soufrière is seeking a qualified and service-oriented Front Office Clerk to join its team. This position plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient guest experience at the front desk and is ideally suited to candidates with a passion for hospitality and strong administrative capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a high standard of customer service
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and respond to guest inquiries
- Maintain accurate booking records using the hotel’s reservation system
- Provide general administrative support to the front office team
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must reside in Soufrière or surrounding areas
- Prior experience in front desk operations or hospitality is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with booking systems
- A minimum of 6 CXC subjects, including English and Mathematics (compulsory)
- Must be presentable, courteous, and professional in appearance and conduct
