Job Title: Restaurant Supervisors

Location: Coco Palm Resort, Saint Lucia

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

Coco Palm Resort is looking for experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisors to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will ensure smooth service, maintain high standards, and create a memorable dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

•Supervise and coordinate restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service.

•Lead and motivate the restaurant team to provide an outstanding guest experience.

•Assist in menu planning, promotions, and special events.

•Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

•Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.

•Train and mentor restaurant staff on service standards and hospitality best practices.

•Oversee table setups, reservations, and seating arrangements for an efficient flow.

•Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate inventory.

•Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service.

•Analyze sales and performance reports, providing insights for improvement.

Requirements:

•Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.

•Strong leadership and team management skills.

•Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

•Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and inventory control.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

•Passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction.

•Food safety certification is an asset.
