Customer Service Manager
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the efficient supervision of the Customer Service operation daily, by the rules and regulations of the company, airlines, and other industry partners, while meeting the department’s agreed targets and projections and maintaining excellent customer service.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline
•Master’s degree is an asset
•At least five (5) years of experience in a similar position
•A minimum of three (3) years in the airline ground operation service industry
•Knowledge of general business software and the ability to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•A valid driver’s license
